A proud resident of Johnson County since 1970 and a BHS graduate from the Class of 1979, Kim brings deep local roots and nearly two decades of real estate experience to every client relationship. Before transitioning into real estate, she spent years as an event planner and sales professional in the hospitality industry—often joking that she simply upgraded from selling hotel rooms to selling houses.

Kim genuinely loves helping people achieve the dream of homeownership and is known for her dedication, market knowledge, and client-first approach. She wears many hats with joy, balancing life as a wife, mom, Grammy, and trusted real estate professional.

A devoted follower of Jesus, Kim is passionate about serving her local church and community, with a heart especially inclined toward outreach. She has been actively involved in the nonprofit world for many years and has served on numerous nonprofit boards. In 2018, she founded Hope Encounter Ministries, embracing the calling to serve while balancing family, career, and ministry.

Kim currently resides in Joshua with her husband of 37 years, Scott. She is the proud mother of two grown children, and adores being a grandmother. Her life experience, faith, and commitment to service shine through in everything she does—especially when guiding clients home.
